Qualification
Candidate should have passed 10 + 2 or its equivalent
Examination from a recognized Board/University with minimum 45%
marks in aggregate (Relaxable by 5% for SC & ST candidates).
Preferences will be given to candidates with Science subjects.
Age Limit
17 - 35 years as on 30th September.
Marital Status
Applicant should be unmarried, widow or divorced
without encumbrances (Required documents to be produced from a
competent authority)
Medical Fitness Certificate
Candidates should submit medical fitness certificate
from a Qualified Registered Medical Practitioners, whcih should
include the report of Examination of:

prove of age.

sheets.

Photocopy of Character Certificate from Principal pf the
last School/College attended.

Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribe Certificate from Tehsildar
of Sub-Divisional Magistrate.

Legal document in case of widow or divorce.

Two passport size photograph duly attested on face.

Self Addressed envelop with 30 rupees stamps affixed.

A bank draft of rupees 100/- payable to Punjab Public School
of Nursing Bathinda along with the application form for admission.
